Our goal is to nurture your children in a way that would be pleasing to God. We do that by recruiting and training individuals who meet the criteria needed to nurture preschoolers. When children are nurtured, they will begin to thrive on the age specific, Bible-based curriculum used. It is our goal in the preschool and children's ministry to prepare your children for the next stage of their lives as they continue to learn and grow in Christ.

Curriculum:

Sunday School: We use Family Bible Study & Heart Shaper Curriculum from Standard Publishing

Worship: We use Bible Teaching for Kids from Lifeway.

Sunday Evenings: Through the Bible, Bible Storying with Color Pages.

Wednesday Evening: During the school year, we offer "TeamKIDS", a program for children 1^st - 6^th grade which combines music, Bible stories, verse memorization, snacks, and mission study with prayer time.  During the summer we use a variety of fun curriculum.

Caring for Your Preschoolers & Children:

Sunday School: Sunday school teachers are recruited to volunteer for a full year.

Worship: Volunteers within our church body care for them on a six-eight week rotation, depending on what age group they work with.

Evening Activities and Special Events: for any event that is not for entire family, Child care is available will be available.

Quarterly Activities

Winter: Preschoolers, Children's & Family Ornament Party. It's a fun time for everyone to come together and make Christmas ornaments and light dinner is usually provided.

Spring: Fun activities and during the Easter session a special emphasis during the Sunday and extended worship time.

Summer: Vacation Bible School, a fun week for inviting friends to learn about Jesus.

Fall: Annual Kids Fall Festival. Held on October 31, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. outside (weather permitting) on the south parking lot.

Upon entering kindergarten, your child will begin attending worship services with you.

There is a designated nursing room for moms just off from the baby nursery.
